Basic knowledge of warp knitting machine for nonwovens

A sheet, web, or pad made by rubbing, holding, or gluing the oriented or randomly arranged fibers of a warp knitting machine to one another, or by a combination of these methods. Excludes paper and woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, tufted fabrics, stitched fabrics with stitched yarns and wet felt articles (whether or not such articles have been reinforced by needling).

Non-woven fabric is a kind of fabric that does not require spinning and weaving. It is just a textile short fiber or filament that is oriented or randomly braced to form a fiber network structure, and then is reinforced by mechanical, thermal bonding or chemical methods. To put it simply: it is not interwoven and braided together by a piece of yarn, but the fiber is directly bonded together by a physical method, so when you get the adhesive scale in your clothes, you will find that it is not possible to pull out a piece of thread.

The warp knitting machine delivers powder (colloid or liquid) to the hopper on the packaging machine in real time, and the introduction speed is controlled by the photoelectric positioning device. The rolled sealing paper (or other packaging materials) is driven by the guide roller and introduced to the lapel molding machine, which is bent and then bonded into a cylinder by the longitudinal sealing device. The materials are automatically measured and filled into the made bag. The transverse sealer pulls the bag barrel down intermittently while performing the heat sealing cutting, and finally forms the lap longitudinal seam three sides sealing flat bags to complete the sealing of a bag.
